Sarah joined COLAB in 2016 and leads operations for the company with more than 15 years of project management experience. She oversees company-wide project health and resource assignment, ensuring projects are delivered as promised, on time, and on budget.
As COO, Sarah serves as the integrator in COLAB’s leadership structure, coordinating across all business functions. She’s responsible for making sure delivery teams have the resources, processes, and support they need to maintain COLAB’s standards for quality and client service across the full portfolio of work.
