COLAB is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, but our team is spread across a handful of cities and in each one, we try to be good neighbors. That means volunteering, staying involved in local organizations, and being genuinely present in the places we call home. It also means that when a local organization needs a digital partner, we bring more than just capability to the table.

Richmond is where COLAB started and where most of our team is based. Over the years, we have built relationships across the city, with nonprofits, credit unions, healthcare organizations, member associations, and many other growth-stage businesses. And we have stayed active in the community well beyond the projects we deliver.
Our team also lives and works in Virginia Beach, VA; Greensboro, NC; Lebanon, IN; Redmond, OR; and Marseillan, France. Wherever our people are, the same commitment goes with them.

Working Together
Yes. We run workshops and review meetings at your office or at local shared spaces whenever it helps the work move forward. For clients outside Richmond, we travel when it matters and make remote collaboration work well when it does not.
