Mike is the strategic anchor on his projects, turning business problems into clear plans and guiding the cross-functional team from kickoff through long-term performance. He started out writing code, and while his work at COLAB centers on strategy and product management, that background means he can talk architecture with engineers and outcomes with executives in the same meeting. As a primary point of contact for clients, he makes sure every deliverable, from the initial roadmap to post-launch work, meets the brief and supports larger business goals.
Mike sets clear, achievable goals, builds sprint plans to keep momentum, and manages web work that lines up with marketing and organizational strategy. He has led replatforming and CMS upgrade work for financial services, member, and B2B organizations, and he owns backlog intake, release governance, and root cause analysis across enterprise accounts. He runs digital performance reviews and technical SEO audits to find opportunities, then applies what he learns to UX, tracking, and conversion. Outside of client work, he volunteers with local nonprofits.
