FAQ
We tend to work in open source platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Laravel, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, and other headless frontends. However, we are open to leaning on different platforms when appropriate (e.g. Umbraco, Kentico, React, etc.)
Do you collaborate on‑site with Richmond teams?
Yes. We frequently run workshops and review meetings at your office or in our Manchester Richmond office (just on the other side of the river from Richmond’s downtown) whenever it helps the work..
Can you meet Virginia data privacy and accessibility rules?
Yes. We build to ADA WCAG 2.2 AA and have implement a variety of privacy solutions that provide coverage for VCDPA.
What size budgets do you work with?
The size of work we take on in Richmond varies depending on a number of factors. RVA holds a special place in our heart, so we are often willing to have budget flexibility if it will provide a positive impact on our community. We are happy to walk through estimated budgets after we have a better understanding of needs.
We don’t tend to build sites with under a hundred URLs, focusing most of our efforts on corporate sites that have hundreds of URLs. That said, if you’re a Richmonder, let’s talk and see if we can work something else.

After launch we have a variety of support plans we provide to clients that range from basic maintenance to continuous improvement each month.
